Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Suspending and Transfering
Memberships can be paused at 2 weeks minimum by contacting Centenary Playground in writing. Please give us 72 hours (3days) notice for us to action and respond to this request.
Memberships can be transferred to another person or another time/day. If you wish to transfer to another class, please give us 72 hours notice to transfer you across. If you wish to transfer to another person or sell your membership, a 14-day notice will be required.
If you missed a class in the term, you can do a makeup session. Please contact us on a time and day you would like to attend.
All bookings and term memberships are non-refundable. We are not required to provide a refund, credit or transfer if you change your mind.

By booking for a term, you have committed for that selected day, class & squad to go ahead, booking trainers and programming. This may also block other students from joining this class or determine category ie age, sex, ability. Please visit and do a casual visit before committing to plan so you can get a feel of the environment (i.e. coaches, members, facility, equipment and program).
If you wish to cancel for any reason, provide this information in writing. Please allow 72 hours for us to reply.
Parties & Group Bookings
A deposit is required to secure a party or event booking, and full payment made prior to your visit. The deposit and the full payment in advance or on the day are non-refundable.
